Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://jbltransportlyft.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Our Services. JBL Transport Lyft delivers Patient Transportation, Senior Transportation, Veteran Transportation, Handicapped Transportation Service, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to JBL Transport Lyft and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. JBL Transport Lyft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBL Transport Lyft's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid JBL Transport Lyft in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify JBL Transport Lyft against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
